CANCELLATIONS , RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

All products sold and delivered to customers shall be subject to below terms and conditions of the policy.

  • As part of the normal business practice , if we receive a cancellation request for the order( provided that no tassels , pico/fall has been added on your request)  before it is  packed and shipped .We may cancel the order and refund the amount in reasonable period of time , after deducting the bank transaction charges.  We will not be able to cancel the order which has already been processed and customer is not entitled for any refund.
  • Returns or exchange will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item, Your return/exchange  request should be sent by mail to info@anivartee.com within 2 days of receiving your shipment.. Customer should return the product within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product. Any further request for returns will not be entertained after after such period.
  • The products returned should be in original condition, unwashed, unused, should have original invoice ,tags/labels in place and folds intact and returned along with the box in which the product was delivered and return product should be packed properly to avoid  damage.
  • In case the product tag/lables are removed, boxed damaged, return and exchange policy will not be applicable for the same and no refund will be initiated in such cases
  • Damages occurred due to improper product care and usage can be voidable as per Anivartee’s return policy.
  • Please do not send back any item without consulting with us.
  • Most of our products are handwoven , there may be minor variations in weaving such as warp streaks, tails out etc and these cannot be considered as defect .We do not commit to any return / refund / exchange for weaving artifacts.
  • If you receive your order in a parcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised not to accept such a parcel and do not open the package. Kindly immediately get in touch with us at info@anivartee.com & call at +91 87921 77606
  • Products sold under “SALE” are not entitled for refunds / returns / exchange.
  • Returns are not accepted for “FABRICS”
  • The customer will bear the shipping charges  for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange.
  • Saris that have the blouse detached, tassels made, fall stitched - either by you or by us for you - cannot be exchanged.
  • In the unlikely event that your product arrived damaged, you need to email us a photo of the damaged packaging along with the return request by mail at info@anivartee.com 
  • A customer is entitled to refund only in case of defective/damaged product. Please note that no refunds shall be allowed if the customer is dissatisfied with the color, size, shape, quality of the product,
  • The details of the the product specifications  viz weight, color,  size etc. as mentioned on the Anivartee site are only approximate values, any request for return based  on these attributes will not be entertained.
  • The description of the product is left to freedom of content writers and as such product will not be considered for return or replacement on the sole basis of violation of content description either short or long.
